Shipping & Delivery

Royal Mail tracked delivery costs £12.90. Orders placed before 12 noon are scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Warranty

Bags and charms include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty enquiry, email hello@northandnobel.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
